Can I use this light at night?
We do not recommend using at night. The unique KOZE Day Bulb light spectrum is only for day use. Using at night can make it difficult to fall asleep. Switch to KOZE Sleep Bulb after sunset to optimize sleep function.
Does this bulb have UV?
No, our KOZE Day Bulb is UVA and UVB free.
